How far ahead should I book?+
We need at least 7 days for most orders. Weddings and large events book three to nine months out, and peak Saturdays go first.
What is the minimum order?+
15 guests for most menus. Smaller gatherings are sometimes possible midweek — ask us.
Can you handle allergies and dietary restrictions?+
Yes. Tell us what you need and we prep those portions separately, label them clearly, and brief the service staff.
Do you deliver?+
Free delivery within 15 miles of our kitchen. Beyond that we add mileage, quoted up front.
How does payment work?+
A 50% deposit confirms your date. Final headcount is due 7 days before the event.
Can we taste the menu first?+
Tastings are available for staffed events and are credited toward your booking when you confirm.
